The Cerrado Mineiro, the north-western region where this Speciality originates, is a volcanic plateau that offers unique conditions for the Arabica plant: it enjoys distinct seasons with hot, rainy summers that favour flowering and dry autumns and winters, ideal for harvesting and natural drying. Brasile Cerro Alto

Rubens Tomé Moreno, from Fazenda Bela Tenda, which he runs with his family, is the proud producer of this premium coffee. His is the fourth generation and for over 100 years they have been carrying on their experience that combines tradition, innovation and respect for the land.

Thanks to the perfect balance between altitude, climate and agricultural innovation, Cerrado coffee offers a consistent, clean cup that is deeply connected to the land, with the chocolate notes for which it is famous and versatile in any extraction.

Thanks to the average temperature of 22°C, ideal for slow ripening of the cherries, the sweetness and aromas are particularly rich and complex.

The citric acidity and liqueur-like body welcome the palate with notes of chocolate, caramel and chestnut, which are also confirmed in the finish.
