The History of Caffè Fusari: over twenty years of roasting

Caffè Fusari is an artisanal roasting company founded in 2001: we are experts in single-origin speciality, gourmet and rare coffees from all over the world, with unique and organic blends.

 

The passion, handed down from the father to the sons and the experience achieved thanks to the years of work in the sector, guarantee us at Caffè Fusari the ability to select only beans of the highest quality.

 

Over the years, the coffee workshop has maintained its character of genuine craftsmanship and represents, to date, a reference point for Italian artisanal coffee roasting.

 

The raw coffee, strictly among the best, roasted by hand and offered to the public, is cared for with love and attention throughout the production chain: we select the best coffees from all over the world, we roast them with meticulousness, precision and care to enhance the aromatic qualities to the maximum. 

 

We do not deal with everything that exists, but only with what we know how to do really well; because coffee is the scent that greets us in the morning and heralds a good day, our respite during breaks, the warmth of our home when we return; coffee is the first thing we offer our guests and the people we love.

 

We produce artisanal coffee and guarantee a pure product, which does not undergo any chemical process that could alter its characteristics and qualities. 

 

We work with full respect for producers, consumers and the environment. These characteristics led us to obtain organic operator certification in 2014, a qualification that allows us to process, market and serve organic coffee with the controlled operator code T673, a control body authorised by Mipaaf it-bio-005.

 

We offer our customers, connoisseurs, professionals and enthusiasts the opportunity to taste fine Speciality Coffees, to try perfectly balanced blends and to use unique equipment for the most special infusions

 

This is why we grind roasted coffee specifically and to measure, to meet every need: whether ground for mocha, filter, Neapolitan or French press... or whatever else.

 

We guarantee our customers an exceptionally fresh coffee, because it is roasted to order without being stored.

The excellence of Italian roasting

Our artisan roasting workshop was listed as an example of excellence in the guide L'eccellenza delle torrefazioni italiane by De' Longhi – a leading manufacturer of coffee machines – in collaboration with Gabriella Baiguera, – author, coffee expert and Master of Food Caffè trainer of Slow Food Italy.

 

The guide, which is digital and free of charge, is an excellent tool for all coffee lovers who wish both to achieve an increasingly conscious consumption and to discover who processes coffee of the highest standard.

 

Being selected as an example of "excellence" among the hundreds of coffee roasters in Italy by undisputed experts makes us proud and confirms that our ongoing search for quality is the right philosophy to pursue.
