CINA Fuyan
Coffees from the Fuyan farm regularly receive some of the highest Q scores in the entire Yunnan region, the result of careful daily work, rigorous quality control and strong relationships built with the pickers, most of whom belong to the Lahu people, an indigenous ethnic group in the area and expert pickers.
The estate's mountainous terrain, altitude and numerous trees, such as macadamia trees, which provide natural shade, together with the meticulous work of the Lahu pickers, who ensure that only the best coffee cherries are picked by hand, give rise to a unique fruity and sweet aroma, with notes of black grapes, jam, fruit cakes and lychees.
This natural coffee is exceptional and surprises in the cup with a lively and decisive profile. Notes of candied fruit intertwine with the intense sweetness of blackberries and the elegance of red grapes.
An explosion of fruity aromas, vibrant and persistent, which strikes from the very first sip.
