Brasile Cemorrado
This quality of coffee comes from two regions: Alta Mogiana, which produces exceptionally sweet batches; Cerrado, recognised for the high quality of the beans produced, which yields typically fine, clean and full-bodied coffee batches.
The term "cemorrado" refers to both.
This place is the first coffee production area in the world to benefit from a Denomination of Origin label similar to wine.
Here , altitude, topography and climate combine perfectly: the right altitude, flat topography and regular seasons create the perfect climate.
While hot and humid summers favour intense flowering and uniform ripening of cherries, dry and hot winters, with low air humidity, maintain the intrinsic quality of coffee during harvesting and processing.
This single-origin coffee is part of a selection of fine Brazilian lots created exclusively with distinctive and seductive qualities.
In addition, the NY2 level certification (according to the New York Coffee ABD Sugar Exchange method, the classification most in use in the United States of America and Brazil) guarantees a top-level product, practically free of defects; that of the Fine Cup confirms the absence of defective beans (below 0.5%).
