To give this variety the ideal climate, it is customary to grow it in the shade of huge old trees called Ceibas. This means that, in the cup, the coffee is characterised by a sweet and floral aroma, notes of citrus fruits and all the soft flavour that characterises the coffee beans from Huila, the region that produces the best coffee in Colombia and that is exalted to the highest degree here. Colombia Huila

This special coffee grows in the region of Huila, cultivated by a selected group of growers and small producers gathered in the Coocentral Farm in plantations located between 1,200 and 1,400 metres above sea level The name derives from the legendary golden-horned deer, because of the reflections of the gold particles embedded in it, sharp as knives, hypnotic and lethal; a spirit that is still believed to be reborn in Huila every morning, with the first ray of sunlight, and the farmers can only see the trail of gold particles floating over the coffee fields as the sun begins to warm the new day sky. The legend explains this Premium speciality, grown protected by huge old trees called Ceibas to give it the shade necessary. This means that, in the cup, the coffee is characterised by a sweet and floral aroma, notes of citrus fruits and all the soft flavour that characterises the coffee from Huila, the region that produces the best coffee in Colombia and that is extolled to the highest degree here.
