Description and details
This is a really special single-origin: only 8%-12% of the harvest is Peaberry or Caracolillo, that is, when a single coffee bean grows inside the cherry.
This coffee bean offers a generally brighter acidity in the cup, a higher sweetness and a superior flavour profile.
The coffee has a good body, mild and pleasant citric acidity; sweet as caramel and with fruity notes of cherries.

Brasile Caracolillo
Espirito Santo do Pinhal, in the state of São Paulo, grows and gives life to one of the best coffees grown and produced in Brazil.
In this case, it is the Peaberry or Caracolillo: a single coffee bean that develops inside the cherry instead of splitting.
Only the best of these beans are selected by the Coopinhal cooperative.
These small and medium producers own land located in mountainous locations characterised by an average temperature of 23°C and annual rainfall concentrated between spring and autumn; ideal conditions for the production of quality coffee.
This single-origin, part of the Cafe Mundi project, created to improve the living conditions of entire communities, thanks, for example, to the construction of infrastructure, is a really special single-origin.
Only 8-12% of the harvest is considered Peaberry or Caracolito.
This bean in a cup offers a generally brighter acidity, a higher sweetness and a superior flavour profile.
